Important Announcement: Ruffle Closure

Dear Customers

We are writing to inform you that, with much sadness, we have made the difficult decision to close Ruffle.org.

Despite our best efforts, unforeseen challenges have made it impossible for us to continue. We understand this news is disappointing, and we share in that disappointment. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We want to assure you that all our customers will receive a full refund for their ticket purchases. Our team is dedicated to making this process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Everyone who has bought tickets will be eligible for a refund, even if you have already received a prize.

We would also like to extend our apologies to our nominated charity, The Myton Hospices, and all of their loyal supporters who have bought Ruffle tickets.

Your Refund Process

Automatic Refunds: Where possible, refunds will be processed automatically. There’s nothing you need to do.

THIS SHOULD BE POSSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED ON OR AFTER 11th JULY

If you have not received a refund within 30 days, please contact support@ruffle.org

Manual Refunds: If we are unable to process your refund automatically, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to provide your bank details securely. Please ensure you do so within 60 days of receiving this email.

To request a manual refund or if you have any questions, please contact us at support@ruffle.org with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your Ruffle account
  • Bank Account Holder Name
  • Bank Sort Code
  • Bank Account Number

We understand the importance of safeguarding your personal information and will handle all data in strict accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Website Closure: Our website will officially close on Monday 12th August 2024.  After this time, no further payments will be accepted, and our support team will focus solely on processing refunds.

While this chapter of Ruffle.org is closing, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your support. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this closure may cause, and appreciate your kindness and understanding during this transition.
